Origami Festival for the Whole Family this Hanukkah
The festival featured engaging and fun-packed family activities inspired by the values of tolerance and shared creativity. The creative space was decorated with nine colorful cranes forming a giant Hanukkah menorah.
Activities included:
- A candle-folding workshop where participants created an origami menorah.
- A spinning pinwheel folding workshop.
- Hourly storytime for children, hosted by an actress, featuring the tale of “A Strange Man with a Big Heart,” a story about embracing differences.
- At the end of the story, the children folded a red origami heart.
Pricing:
- 15 NIS per child aged 3 and above.
- Free entry for up to two accompanying adults per child.
- Family package: 4 children for 50 NIS (instead of 60 NIS), with up to 2 accompanying adults.
Dates and Hours:
- December 29–31, 2024.
- 12:00–16:00.
- Storytime took place every hour on the hour.
The festival was recommended for ages 5 and up.
